Returns Policy
We value your business and want to keep you
as a customer. Therefore every effort will be
made to make sure that your shopping experience
at GCAP is a positive one. In the event that
you need to return an item, please refer to
the guidelines below.
Returns will be only be accepted on products
up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All
returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
at GCAP's discretion. If there was an error
on our part, then this fee is waived. The following
items are non-returnable:
1. Special Order Items
2. Electrical Components and Accessories
3 . Items which have been opened/used or are
not in new condition.
4. Items which have been damaged due to misuse,
abuse, or incorrect installation.
GCAP stands behind our products and will honor
manufacturer warranties. Items returned for
warranty claims will be evaluated on a case
by case basis and will be authorized at GCAP's
discretion.
All returned
items must have prior approval. Please contact
our customer service department to obtain a
Return Authorization number.
